17 Feb February 16, 2011 OVERFLOWING WITH LOVE FOR HONDURAS!!!
I sit here reflecting on what God is doing around me for Honduras!! We announced a couple of weeks ago at church that I would be taking some people on a mission trip to Honduras…..the response was overwhelming!!! Now…2 weeks later…we have 4 mission trips planned for this summer to Honduras and 3 of them are already filled to capacity!!! (67 people) Airfare is being booked and the excitement is contagious!!! I have talked to 3 different families who would like to adopt from there…companies are talking about helping out… God is working everyone!!! It is so exciting to be a part of something that a year ago I knew nothing about…but God knew…being faithful and patient is so hard…but so worth it!! As I sit here and see my kids faces from Copprome…I can hardly wait to kiss and hug them again!! I can hardly wait til the day we can say that they are no longer in financial trouble…that the list of needs for Copprome Orphanage is empty…that money is being provided monthly so now we can go into the poor villages and help them…that the children know Jesus personally and know that He is the Provider…He is the reason we love and we serve….Oh do jump on board this train because it is moving…and it is moving fast…be a part of it…you will feel joy overflowing in a way that you have never felt it before!!!
