Day 4 Monkeys, Murals and Mucho agua!

Day 4 Monkeys, Murals and Mucho agua!

We started the day with a Honduran style breakfast…We talked about God knowing our hearts when we serve…are we doing it for the right reasons? God is aware of our intentions…and let me tell you…the hearts of this sweet mission team are amazing …watching them study the kids and plan for the future is really exciting!     We had an hour this afternoon after we came back to the hotel to sit out back  and discuss what we can do to help  Copprome  cover their expenses.                                                                                                                  We worked really hard at the orphanage staining the wooden blinds and  painting  the new mural… We have accomplished so much in 3 days…one more day to finish it all..no problemo!   Tomorrow, part of our team will head to Mt Olivos and the rest of us will finish what we have begun at Copprome!                                                                                                                               We had a great dinner tonight at  a restaurant  that had a swimming pool and monkeys in a cage! I know…I was a little confused too when I heard there were monkeys AND a swimming pool outside….We took 3 of the older Copprome kids with us..Keice, Moises and Jonatan….half of our team ended up in the pool along with Moises and Jonatan..with their clothes on??? hmmmm…wonder who was responsible for that…Shelton started it by pushing in Nando!! The only team members not in  the pool…were those of us smart enough….hehehe…not to go out by the pool after dinner… What a fun night!
